These Terms & Conditions apply to all coaching services provided under the JUST Alex brand, operated by AKR Advisory Group LTD, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15960949).

By booking or participating in coaching, you agree to the terms below.

1. Coaching services

JUST Alex provides coaching services designed to support personal development, mindset, career clarity, and leadership growth. Sessions are typically delivered remotely (for example, via Zoom or Google Meet).

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. If you require clinical or mental health support, you will be encouraged to seek help from a qualified professional.

2. Bookings and payment

  • Discovery calls are free and without obligation

  • Paid coaching sessions must be booked and paid for in advance

  • Payment is made via bank transfer or secure online payment

  • Any package terms will be shared clearly before booking

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full

  • If we need to reschedule, as much notice as possible will be given

4. Confidentiality

Everything shared during coaching is treated as confidential, except where:

  • You provide explicit permission to share information, or

  • There is a legal or safeguarding requirement due to risk of harm to you or others

All client information is handled in accordance with data protection law.

5. Responsibility and outcomes

Coaching is a collaborative process. While it can be highly impactful, results depend on individual engagement and context.

JUST Alex do not guarantee specific outcomes and are not responsible for:

  • Decisions you make following coaching

  • Consequences arising from actions you choose to take

  • Outcomes influenced by external factors beyond our control

Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the coaching service in question.

6. Intellectual property

All materials, tools, resources, and content shared during coaching remain the intellectual property of JUST Alex.

They are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek a respectful resolution through discussion or mediation before pursuing formal legal action.
